Certificate Program Application Process
Individuals seeking entry to a certificate (and not a degree)
program must submit the following:
- The Application For Graduate Certificate Program along
with the $35 application fee
- Two (2) official transcripts from each college
or university attended
No test scores are required unless the application is for
a Graduate Certificate in Finance or a Graduate Certificate
in Information Systems. (Applicants for these programs must
submit official GMAT scores.)
For entry to off-campus certificate programs, the application
form, fee, and transcripts must be submitted to:

Boone, NC 28608
(If a test score is required for entry to the certificate
program, the official score must be sent directly to the Graduate
School.) The Office of Extension and Distance Education will
ensure that the application materials are appropriately routed
for review. An applicant should expect a response within one
to two months following submission of all information.
